I've been designing posters and programs since 2017. It all started when I was given the opportunity to direct my own show at the Masquers Theater in Soap Lake, WA. I wanted to learn every aspect from start to finish, including publicity and print design, so I took it upon myself to begin learning Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, with the intent of elevating the quality of the theater's printed materials as high as I possibly could.
Since then, I have served on the theater's board of directors and publicity committee, always with the goals of helping the theater maintain as professional an appearance as possible and improving on my own work, in everything from logo design and photography to layout and typography. The way I see it, if I'm not improving from project to project, I'm not trying hard enough.
In summer of 2020, I moved to Montana. While I will be happy to continue my work with the Masquers Theater remotely, I am especially eager and excited to work on new projects local to the Helena area and integrate myself into this community.
